The Mill Avenue Coalition is an independent, business-first alliance representing the owners, operators, and managers who keep Mill Avenue alive.

 

Re-established in 2026, the Coalition gives local businesses a stronger voice in the decisions affecting their livelihoods and the future of Mill Avenue. We advocate for greater transparency, meaningful merchant representation, practical support for struggling businesses, convenient parking, fair access to downtown events, and the return of major gatherings that drive foot traffic.

 

We believe Mill Avenue can once again become Arizona’s most vibrant entertainment, dining, retail, and cultural district—when the businesses that sustain it help shape what comes next.
